-go to google an image search a picture.
-when the results come up,u'll c a box that says showing all image sizes.
-click on the arrow on the side of the box and pick small images.
-then find one that u like ,but make sure that it's 50 x 50.
-click on it, n then click on see imape alone and add it to ur favorites as icon.
-when ur done with that log in to deviantart and click on edit profile
-u should c a section titled Avatar , in it there's a button that says browse.
-click on it and change the search nar to MY PICTURES n find ur icon piture
-select it n then press open
-when u get back to the edit profile page,click ok on the bottom.

but ,yeah, that's all u have to do ! it takes less time in real life, trust me.
